• Remote support using the popular AnyDesk software: in the event of you or your employees needing technical support, simply call our US-based technical support team, and we will quickly connect to your screen and assist you with any issues
• ClamAV-based client and server data protection proactively protects your computers, and the data on your file sharing service
• A designated e-mail address, or multiple desginated e-mails, will receive an e-mail immediately, should our file server virus scanner detect any infected files on your shared file directories
• Productivity software included in the package includes: OpenOffice (a fully compatible alternative to Office 365 with free lifetime software upgrades), 100% WinZIP compatible "7-zip" compression and archiving utility, Adobe Acrobat Reader PDF software, and WinSCP for ad-hoc secure file transfers
• Our service includes, at your option, the ability to migrate your website's domain's e-mail services to our managed Zimbra web-based e-mail platform, optionally including premium spam/junk e-mail scanning and filtering
• Included MySQL database support will require changes to your software's ODBC connection settings, our team can assist with these changes and/or database migration at our normal $60/hour billing rate, billed in 15 minute increments
