PRICING FAQ

Do I have a long-term contract commitment with Order Up?

Since there is no charge for setup as part of the introductory offer, Order Up requires a one-year commitment. If you cancel, you will be billed the $395 fee.


Is there a percent or per order fee?

No. Unless there is a special contracted arrangement made.


Are merchant payment fees included?

There is minimal charge to integrate with merchant gateways (we support Authorize.Net, PayPal, and others), those providers do have their own credit card transaction fees. No charge for Wordpay integration
